最近在團隊內發(fā)起了一些和價(jià)值觀(guān)有關(guān)的討論。
從小團隊一步步走過(guò)來(lái),一開(kāi)始人少,日常工作就可以默默統一。但企業(yè)到一定規模,就開(kāi)始需要明確這樣的有些務(wù)虛的東西。
我理解的企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值觀(guān),是那些大家認同的、應當共同堅持和維護的原則。在形成明確的價(jià)值觀(guān)后,一個(gè)團隊會(huì )對不符合的行為形成自發(fā)的修正。
有機會(huì )仔細看了一下Amazon官網(wǎng)底部的核心價(jià)值觀(guān),提到不少出色的點(diǎn)?;藘蓚€(gè)小時(shí)簡(jiǎn)陋地翻譯了一下,水平太業(yè)余,還遠做不到信雅達。

客戶(hù)第一
領(lǐng)導者總是以客戶(hù)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),積極而有活力地工作,以贏(yíng)得和保持客戶(hù)的信任。雖然領(lǐng)導者們也很關(guān)注競爭對手,但他們對客戶(hù)更癡迷。
Customer Obsession
Leaders start with the customer and work backwards. They work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although leaders pay attention to competitors, they obsess over customers.

領(lǐng)導者都是公司的擁有者。他們著(zhù)眼長(cháng)遠,不為眼前而犧牲公司的長(cháng)期利益。他們總能站在比自己團隊更高的角度,代表整個(gè)公司做出決策和行動(dòng),并且從不會(huì )說(shuō)“這事兒不歸我管”。
Ownership
Leaders are owners. They think long term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. They act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just their own team. They never say “that’s not my job”.
創(chuàng )新并保持簡(jiǎn)單
領(lǐng)導者都應要求自己的團隊持續在創(chuàng )新上思考和實(shí)現,并保持簡(jiǎn)單有效。他們有足夠的眼界,能從任何地方發(fā)現新點(diǎn)子,并且不會(huì )因為”這不是我們自己想出來(lái)的“而棄之不用。當我們打算做一件別人都沒(méi)做過(guò)的事時(shí),我們已經(jīng)做好了長(cháng)期可能被人誤解的準備。
Invent and Simplify
Leaders expect and require innovation and invention from their teams and always find ways to simplify. They are externally aware, look for new ideas from everywhere, and are not limited by “not invented here”. As we do new things, we accept that we may be misunderstood for long periods of time.

Leaders are right a lot. They have strong business judgment and good instincts.
招聘并培養最優(yōu)秀的人
每次招聘或提拔下屬,領(lǐng)導者都應該對他們的績(jì)效有更高的要求。他們能發(fā)現,并為團隊招募到最出類(lèi)拔萃的人才。同時(shí),要發(fā)掘潛在的領(lǐng)導者人才,并非常專(zhuān)注的培養他們。
Hire and Develop the Best
Leaders raise the performance bar with every hire and promotion. They recognize exceptional talent, and willingly move them throughout the organization. Leaders develop leaders and take seriously their role in coaching others.
堅持高標準
領(lǐng)導者要有近乎嚴苛的高標準,即使在很多人看來(lái)這個(gè)標準已經(jīng)有些變態(tài)的高了。同時(shí),也要持續的提高標準的門(mén)檻,使得團隊能夠在產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)和流程上有高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)出。領(lǐng)導者能及時(shí)彌補遇到的缺陷和問(wèn)題,不會(huì )讓它們出現在產(chǎn)出中。
Insist on the Highest Standards
Leaders have relentlessly high standards – many people may think these standards are unreasonably high. Leaders are continually raising the bar and drive their teams to deliver high quality products, services and processes. Leaders ensure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.
富有全局觀(guān)
局限自己的思維,就像一個(gè)人只會(huì )說(shuō)一些自我應驗的預言一樣。領(lǐng)導者應大膽地描繪愿景,并確保傳達到位,以激勵團隊給出更好的結果。同時(shí),也要獨立思考,并想方設法服務(wù)于客戶(hù)。
Think Big
Thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Leaders create and communicate a bold direction that inspires results. They think differently and look around corners for ways to serve customers.

Bias for Action
Speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk taking.
節儉
如果一個(gè)事不能給客戶(hù)帶來(lái)好處,這個(gè)錢(qián)我們盡量不花。節儉讓我們富余出更多的資源,自給自足,并能激發(fā)我們產(chǎn)生更豐富的想法,發(fā)揮更好的創(chuàng )意。在招聘名額、預算和固定開(kāi)支方面,我們控制的非常謹慎。
Frugality
We try not to spend money on things that don’t matter to customers. Frugality breeds resourcefulness, self-sufficiency and invention. There are no extra points for headcount, budget size or fixed expense.
直言不諱地自我批評
領(lǐng)導者不應因為自己或團隊看起來(lái)不錯就止步不前。即使有時(shí)顯得尷尬,他們工作時(shí)心中也總是帶著(zhù)問(wèn)題。在評估自己和團隊時(shí),尋找自己離最好還有多遠。
Vocally Self Critical
Leaders do not believe their or their team’s body odor smells of perfume. Leaders come forward with problems or information, even when doing so is awkward or embarrassing. Leaders benchmark themselves and their teams against the best.
贏(yíng)得他人的信任
領(lǐng)導者應發(fā)自?xún)刃牡谋3珠_(kāi)放、虛心的傾聽(tīng),并總是愿意找出并改進(jìn)自己目前最大的不足之處。
Earn Trust of Others
Leaders are sincerely open-minded, genuinely listen, and are willing to examine their strongest convictions with humility.
深入細節
領(lǐng)導者應可以在各個(gè)層級工作,保持對細節的關(guān)注并時(shí)常檢查。沒(méi)有什么事是他完全不清楚的。
Dive Deep
Leaders operate at all levels, stay connected to the details and audit frequently. No task is beneath them.
可依賴(lài),保持懷疑并承擔責任
領(lǐng)導者遇到自己不贊成的方案,即使有些面子上不舒服或者有時(shí)很耗費精力,依然有義務(wù)做出挑戰。他們對待錯誤應當保持堅定和公平,不因面子而妥協(xié)。一旦做出決策,他們愿意承擔全部責任。
Have Backbone; Disagree and Commit
Leaders are obligated to respectfully challenge decisions when they disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. Leaders have conviction and are tenacious. They do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, they commit wholly.
交付結果
領(lǐng)導者關(guān)注所負責事情的關(guān)鍵輸入,并按時(shí)保證質(zhì)量的交付結果。即使有挫折,他們也能應對自如并且永不自滿(mǎn)。
Deliver Results
Leaders focus on the key inputs for their business and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, they rise to the occasion and never settle.
